>First of all You need "Offline NT Password & Registry Editor", download it from here:

>Extract the zip file and there should be an ISO image file (cd??????.iso). This can be burned to CD using whatever burner program you like .Ex:power iso,magic iso etc.

As it is a command interface follow exactly as i say...
1.When u see "BOOT >"
just press enter.
2.Next Disk selection, tell which disk contains the Windows system
it will show the disk numbers ,select the disk no which contains windows 7 OS
and enter the disk number.
3.Now u'll an get option to enter the registry path...JUST PRESS ENTER..(IT WILL TAKE DEFAULT LOCATION)
4.Next select Password reset (which is probably option no 1).
5.Then select option no.1 (Edit user data and password)
6.Then enter the user name
7.Select option no.1(clear password).
8.Select option no.4(Unlock ).
9.Press "!".
10.Then "q" to quit to main menu.
11.Press enter and restart your system.
BINGO!!!
